Virtuoso Bears are an excellent toy for infants, young children, and even kindergarten to early primary school children of both genders. Safe and suitable for use from birth, these bears provide a fun and engaging experience for kids of all ages.

Yes. We prioritize the health and wellbeing of children and their families. As a manufacturer and importer of "children's products", we are fully compliant with the mandatory safety standards set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). To ensure the safety of our products, we have subjected them to rigorous testing conducted by an independent, US accredited laboratory. Our commitment to safety is unwavering and you can trust that all of our products meet and exceed the CPSC safety standards, providing you with peace of mind that your child will be safe and comfortable using them.

Yes, 3 x AAA batteries are included so you can enjoye the melodies right from the get-go.

However, these are not alkaline batteries, so their durability is limited. When they run out, we suggest replacing with alkaline batteries. 

To get started with your Virtuoso Bear, first remove the module from its back pocket and switch it to the "ON" position. To play music, simply press the main button on the front of the module. To change songs, quickly click the main button twice. To adjust the volume, hold the main button and release it when the desired volume is reached. All these functions can be easily controlled by pressing the bear's tummy after the module is inserted back into the bear.

The bear's life story and song list are both printed on the inner pocket of the bear where the music module is located. To access it, simply remove the music module and unfold the pocket lining.

Before using the music module for the first time, make sure to remove the white insulation insert and switch the position to ON.

The module is powered by three AAA batteries, which can be replaced when they run out.

If the module still doesn't produce any sound after replacing the batteries, please reach out to us at hello@vosego.org and provide a video demonstrating the issue. Our team will promptly send you a replacement music module.

Caring for your Virtuoso Bear is easy! We suggest gently wiping it down with a damp cloth for spot cleaning. If a deeper clean is needed, remember to remove the music module first, then wash on a gentle cycle at low temperature. Avoid tumble drying, and let your bear air dry in a warm, shady spot. Keeping your bear clean has never been simpler!

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind, simply contact us at hello@vosego.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the bear is in its original packaging with all tags attached and unused. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the bear, we'll refund or issue store credit for the value of the item.

If the product you received is defective, we're also here to help. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it by sending photos of the defects to hello@vosego.org. We'll be happy to offer an exchange or, in the case of unavailability, a store credit or a full refund including shipping costs. 

CONTINENTAL US

The standard shipping cost within the continental U.S. is $6.99.

Orders are shipped with DHL Expedited Max and take 2-5 business days for delivery.

When order reaches a minimum amount of $70.00, then shipping
becomes free.

NON-CONTINENTAL US

We do not offer shipping to HI, AK and other non-continental US territories.

All the products you find on our website are available in our warehouse.

Orders placed before 10:00 are shipped on the same day (on business days).

Orders placed after 10:00 am are dispatched on the next business day.

When the package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track the package.

We accept the following payment methods:

Cancellations are accepted before the order has shipped and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days from cancellation. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
